Hauschild Seal Padlocks

	About C.F.A. Hauschild
	I have not found a patent for any of the Hauschild locks.
	This is a original service key for 'Old Model' and 'New Model' locks.
	This is a Locking Plate Tool for 'Old Model' and 'New Model' Transitional locks.
	Here are some 'Old Model' Lever Packs.
	Lock Measurements: Height includes the seal hole/clevis on the body. Width is the widest point of the body.
	Some of the locks on this page are not in my personal collection, this being said the listings are marked with the Collector Name or Unknown Origin.

Hauschild - Early Model

	"HAUSCHILD BERLIN - 810". 4.230" high x 2.853" wide x .685" deep x .480" shackle diameter. Steel body. Steel shackle. 4 Levers and 1 ward. This is the earliest of the Hauschild seal locks. This style lock dates from 1872 and forward. This is the 'Early Model'. This lock is not serviceable. This lock is in the David Heuermann collection.	6640
	Bavaria Coat of Arms - 315. 4.013" high x 2.732" wide x .700" deep x .422" shackle diameter. Steel body. Steel shackle. The key is not Original.  This style lock dates from 1872 and forward. "HAUSCHILD BERLIN - 100". 4 3/8" high x 2 3/4" wide. Brass body.  Steel shackle. This is the 'Old Model'. This lock appears to be serviceable. This lock is in the Ron Elenbass collection.

	"JNG. P. Gebhardt - D.1144". 4.803" high x 3.162" wide x 1.082" deep x .396" shackle diameter. Brass body. Steel shackle.  Original key. Mfg by: Hauschild. Most Gebhardt locks has 'JNG. P. Gebhardt Berlin' stamped on the face of the lock or the dust guard, this one does not. This is the 'Old Model'. This lock is serviceable. This is the 'Special Order Model'. This lock was not made to be serviced. There is no locking plate. Not all locks were made to be serviced This lock is in the David Heuermann collection.

Zollschloss Changeable Bit Seal Padlocks

	Zollschloss Patent File
	Zollschloss translates to ‘Customs’.
	‘B P’ stands for ‘Bode Panzer’, The factory where the locks were made.
	I do not know what ‘E’ stands for.
	These locks are not serviceable.
	Lock Measurements: Height includes the seal hole/clevis on the body. Width is the widest point of the body.

"Zollschloss DR Patent". Brass body. Steel shackle. There is a hole going through the dust guard and the case to accept a wire seal. Mfg by: Hauschild. We have not found a square body lock shown in the patent. The key that locks the lock is the only key that will open the lock. WAITING FOR THE LOCK This lock is in the David Heuermann collection.
